AI implementation plan: 60 min + written doc with Suryansh Mishra

You describe your business and where the repetitive work is. I ask questions for the first 20 minutes, then tell you the three automations with the highest return for you, what each would cost to build, what it would save, and what you should not bother with yet.

Within 24 hours you get a one-page written plan you can hand to any developer, or to me. If you go ahead with a build with me, the ₹3,000 is credited against it.

Who this is for: founders, agency owners and ops leads at companies under 100 people who keep hearing they should "use AI" and want a straight answer with numbers.
