  Here are my top reflections from my 1st session with Surya: He began by checking if he was pronouncing my name correctly - a seemingly small gesture, yet such an important marker of professionalism and respect. Right at the start, he mentioned that although the call was scheduled for 30 minutes, he was happy to extend it if I was comfortable — something I truly appreciated. I genuinely enjoyed Surya's questions throughout the conversation. They surfaced naturally and thoughtfully as the discussion unfolded, and he encouraged me to ask my questions anytime. This created a fluid, two-way exchange that helped me reflect, clarify, and deepen the conversation at my own pace. What stood out was his undivided attention. Not only did he ask pertinent, well-timed questions, he took notes throughout allowing his follow-up questions to become sharper and more relevant. He beautifully wove my responses together to address the queries I had shared beforehand, making the conversation deeply personalized. He was extremely generous with his knowledge.
