Currently, she is serving as a Digital Media Senior Associate at the Google Operation Center, where she support clients across different regions i.e. EMEA, APAC, AMER & Greater China, user devising strategies to improve the user experience, engagement, manage client relationships, assist in maintaining click-through rates (CTR) & revenue. She plays a mentorship role for new team members and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and email templates. Suruchi is also a part of the team how work upon SOPs and email templates that are sent to the Account Managers. Her analytical skills shines as she analyze website performance, CTR, and revenue, providing clients with valuable insights to enhance their campaigns. Her proficiency extends to implementing Google ads on various social media platforms, working on image extensions, and collaborating closely with both national and international clients, as well as internal teams. She is aware of various tools such as salesforce, HIVE, Medulla, ICS (Internal Customer System), Google Analytics, Sales Connect, Cases 2.0, Polyjuice, Lucy, and Konan. Prior to this, Suruchi worked as a Senior Process Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, where she continued to excel in creating effective Google search ads, conducting keyword research, and aligning ad strategies with website businesses and competitor trends. In addition to her professional experience, she have a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in English (Hons.) from Delhi University and she is currently pursuing an MBA from Swami Vivekanand University. She also have earned various certifications, including Digital Marketing, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and she possess a wide range of skills, from Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to SEO optimization and content marketing.
