1:1 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

This is not a one-time session. This is not a motivational conversation. This is a structured, goal-driven mentorship engagement for professionals who are serious about making a meaningful career move and want a thinking partner who has actually done it.

I bring 20 years of experience across GCCs, technology firms, consulting and entrepreneurship plus an Applied Psychology background that shapes how I listen, diagnose and work with people. I've built HR functions from scratch, scaled workforces, integrated organisations through M&A, founded two ventures and navigated every kind of career complexity you can think of.

I work with professionals across all functions and industries not just HR. If you have a real goal and the seriousness to pursue it, function doesn't matter.
