Hey! I am Surendra, a founder and a runner. Might not be evident, but both are very similar in more ways than one. I am currently leading Emgage on a mission to empower Indian MSMEs with the best HR Operations and HRMS capabilities. We manage HR Ops, Policy and Payroll for Indian businesses so their owners can focus on what matters the most i.e. business growth! I am also the founder of Hiringlink, a recruitment firm that has been providing mid-management and higher personnel to growing businesses for the last 13 years. I have been a BNI member for over 5 years now and the easiest way to find me is the weekly meetings of BNI Anthropos in Ahmedabad. Apart from this, I am a runner. I’ve run multiple marathons, half-marathons and ultra marathons across India, including the infamous 72 km Khardung La Challenge in Ladakh in Sep ‘23.
