  My work with Surbhi came at a critical point in my MBA application journey. When we started, my goals were not specific enough and lacked the clarity and depth required. I had already gone through one round of applications without success, and with less than ten days left before my Round 2 deadlines, including for LBS, I knew I needed structured guidance.   My experience with Surbhi has been truly exceptional. When we first spoke, I only had a very broad idea of what I wanted from an MBA and what my long-term goals were. I was also unsure about the right set of schools to target beyond London Business School. Surbhi played a central role in helping me understand my own profile, my aspirations, and the life stories that shaped me. She then guided me in bringing all of this together in a clear and compelling narrative. Our conversations were always thoughtful and detailed. She encouraged me to explore every aspect of my journey and helped me discover what truly mattered to me. At the same time, she offered honest feedback whenever it was needed, which kept me grounded and focused.   I worked with Surbhi for my MBA applications, and she truly helped me put together a strong and confident set of essays. From the very beginning, she made me actually think through my life experiences in a structured way. She was instrumental in helping me sort everything out and turn it into something meaningful for my story. She spent hours with me going through each detail I had written, asking why certain moments mattered, pushing me to think deeper, and helping me shape all of it into a clear narrative. Because of that, the story in my application genuinely felt like me and not something forced or overly polished. She also guided me a lot with my short-term and long-term goals. I didn’t start with perfectly defined ideas, but she kept questioning and refining until I reached goals that were honest and well thought out. That clarity completely changed how I approached the rest of my application. For every school, she went line by line through my answers and helped me tailor each essay. We went through so many iterations, and she was patient through all of them. Even the smallest doubts I had, she always took seriously.   I have had the pleasure of working with Surbhi over the past couple of months this year towards securing an admit to a top B school in Europe. We started the journey, I think sometime in June, when I had very little idea about what it takes and how the process unfolds. In my head it was the most intimating and daunting task ever. That's when I connected with Surbhi, and slowly over the next couple of months with the constant support I overcame this huge obstacle. Surbhi kept it very simple at the start, instead of focusing on the essays or other components of the application. She made sure that we started with brainstorming, capturing all the major moments in my life to build out a story. Honestly, it felt counterproductive back then, but in hindsight I can see just how valuable it was, not only for my applications, but also for the KIRA assessments and interviews. I started by jotting down all major instances of my life, trying to build some structure around it, some narrative. And there were multiple times where I felt that I couldn’t do it or I had no more stories to add. At all such moments Surbhi would guide me, we would have long conversations where she would ask me very targeted questions, and I would just go on yapping about some part of my life. Through all of that she was able to identify what were the key moments of my life, around which I can build my story. Once we had a solid 40-page document with the brainstorming, and were satisfied with the depth and breadth of experiences, we started with the actual essays. At the beginning, I really started panicking, I had a month to go and I thought my essays were absolute garbage. But Surbhi remained by my side the entire time, ensuring that I had the support needed to really build out a stellar application. Another point that I really appreciate, now that I’m on the other side, is the tremendous amount of effort she put in to add comments and to encourage me to think more and enhance the content. Sure, at the time I got annoyed with all the rework, but that effort has paid massive dividends. Thinking about and refining the stories helped me with the entire process, particularly the interviews so much. Through all of this I ended up applying to 3 schools with Surbhi - INSEAD (France), ISB (India), and Oxford (UK). Of these schools, I got a shortlist from each of them, and have successfully converted 2 of them, while I am waiting on the results for the last one. In the end, I would say that working with Surbhi was perhaps the best decision I made in this entire process. In case you are currently in the process of applying to B school, then I would highly recommend working with her. I had an absolutely stellar experience!

  Had an in-depth discussion with Surbhi about LBS and MBA applications in general. She patiently and diligently went about uncovering the pros and cons of my profile. Then, she went into the specifics of action items that I could work on for LBS. Overall, this meeting was a steal within 20 minutes of starting.
