I am a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience in broad-based HR consulting on global projects across manufacturing and services industries. My career has been marked by successful leadership of diverse engagements and active involvement in Business Development across key HR domains, including HR transformation, Change Management, Business Partnering, Culture and Talent Management. My expertise lies in driving large scale programs for improving company bottom-line through people and process effectiveness. In 2019, I was awarded the Emerging HR Leader award by People Matters. Currently, I work as an internal consultant at HSBC, where I lead & manage global and regional projects primarily for the global technology & services organization. My role involves in-depth stakeholder management and application of HR concepts to drive results.
