He had a very detailed approach to each of my problem area. Even though I wanted feedback on a specific thing, he went ahead and helped me structure my thoughts in a generalised manner which would help in the long run.

First of all I would like to thank Suraj for listening to all the problems I'm facing in the path of transitioning my career to PM. Hia empathy towards listening is commendable. He perfectly gave me a step by step approach on how do I go about the journey and a road map for next 30 days. And also he is generous enough to follow up after few days on how I'm progressing. I found this session to be super useful as i was hitting shot in the dark.. randomly trying stuffs and finally Suraj found where I'm going wrong and he helped me introspect. Thanks Suraj .
