With over 5 years of experience in social work, counselling, and skill development, I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering individuals and communities. Currently, I serve as a Trainer at SRF Foundation, where I focus on enhancing employability skills and supporting sustainable livelihoods through targeted training programs. My diverse professional journey has included roles such as Grief Counsellor at Banyan Academy of Leadership, where I volunteered to support families affected by COVID-19, and Consultant at Tata ClassEdge, delivering customized training solutions for educators. I have also gained valuable experience as a Field Work Trainee in various settings, including ARUWE, Government Observation Home, Cognizance Institute of Mental and Neuro Sciences, and Sri Ramachandra Medical College’s Department of Psychiatry. These roles have deepened my expertise in crisis intervention, youth support, program management, and mental health. I have successfully managed multiple vocational training programs, coordinated teams across different locations, and led high-impact initiatives for community development.
