Over 12 years experience across the Renewable sector. Managed 1 GWp+ projects across Business Development and Project Development Liasioning/Dealing with Central/State Governments, Nodal Agencies, PSUs, Regulatory bodies, Power utilities, Indian & international companies for carrying out the development activities of the existing projects and exploring the possibility of creating new projects. Led the JV of ACME Group and EDF Energies Nouvelles (renewable energy arm of state run French utility Electricity de France) created for Solar business for developing presence in southern region and some states of North and North Eastern region. Had created a portfolio close to 1000 MWp for JV in 2 years from below 100 MWp thereby making it one of the major solar power developer in India. Kick started the Renewable Energy Business of Aditya Birla Group in 2016 after the group had partnered with PE firm ABRAAJ by securing 60 MW in Karnataka. Since then won projects of ~1400 MWp and generated 9.5x portfolio growth in 6 years in Utility Scale Segment resulting in ABReL becoming a 2.1 GWp+ in 2023. At present, leading the business development of Aditya Birla's Renewable Business for utility scale RE (solar, wind & hybrid) projects. Prior to working in Solar domain since last 4 years, had provided advisory services to Central Agencies (PFC, REC etc.) and State utilities for bid process management in Transmission segment, Distribution franchisee in four urban towns of Bihar, Coal Block development & thermal project development under Case II bidding route.
