Currently working as a part of CFO’s core team to optimize margins by improving processes that include working on each and every line item of the P&L including Markdown, Selling & Promotions, Warehousing. Also, closely partnering with the Commercial and Retail teams to bring-in the margin aspect into decision making by providing visibility through data to C-suite Leaders and doing various impact analysis to improve the profitability of the business.
