As part of Copilot product team, I'm working on Product lead growth to help enterprises discover, use, and realize the value of using Copilot AI in their everyday workflows. I was also a part of the Innovation team while working at American Express, where I led GenAI experiments to transform the customer servicing experience. Goal was to target all channels to reduce servicing friction points as well as make the support agents life easy! I have built from 0-to-1, an in-house customer service platform, to manage business processes, workflows, and create automation journeys. An MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research(SPJIMR) and a B.Tech. (IT) from VJTI Mumbai, gives me a perfect blend of technology and management. Previously, I worked as a product manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where I defined the product vision and roadmap of an enterprise chatbot to reduce the number of customer queries and support headcount. I've been a full stack software developer at Citibank which adds value to my PM role even today. If you're someone in your early career and looking for guidance to enter and navigate the product world with interview preps, resume reviews, or guidance (in general) then let's connect.
