Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at a reputed organization since 2025, I work at the intersection of business transformation, strategic advisory, and enterprise change management. My experience encompasses business analysis, large-scale transformation programs, stakeholder management, and client advisory across complex organizational environments. This role has enabled me to develop a strong strategic orientation while delivering practical, execution-driven outcomes for business transformation initiatives. Prior to transitioning into consulting, I pursued the IPMX (MBA) 2024–25 at IIM Lucknow, where I strengthened my capabilities in strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational management. The program further refined my ability to navigate complex business challenges through a structured and analytical approach. My professional foundation was built at the State Bank of India, where I began my career in 2019. During my tenure, I gained extensive exposure to business growth initiatives, digital and core banking transformation, and change management within a highly regulated and operationally intensive environment. This experience provided me with a strong understanding of large-scale institutional functioning and customer-centric transformation.
