Having 14+ experience of Product management has helped me in being a great storyteller, gave me the confidence of saying No when it is most needed and taking the right and optimal decisions in the most agile manner. I have started my product management journey with B2C e-commerce website at Jio. Post that, true to my risk-taking nature, I started working with a small tech start up working on Edge computing and later, moved on to a cloud based B2B SAAS software where I was designing solutions for Fortune 500 customers and simplifying their complex workflows. In these 14 years of journey, I have learnt the importance of diversity and inclusion which has inspired me to share my story with other women in and outside my company. Currently my goal is to coach as many people as I can on product management by talking on topics like breaking myths of this role, reality vs expectations, evolution of a Product Manager.
