Graduated from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Passed out from Calcutta Boys' School. Having 40 years plus post qualification experience in industry, academics, training, writing and as a speaker. Worked in all areas of general insurance and television media in operations, accounts, finance and internal audit in large companies pan India for 22 years from 1983 till 2005. Was a full-time MBA faculty in some of the best business schools at Mumbai and Delhi NCR from 2005 till 2013. Now in the profession since 2016. Taught for a decade at some of the best b-schools like ICFAI, SIMSR and NMIMS University at Mumbai and Amity Business School, Amity University, Gurgaon. Teaching, training and industry connect were the key areas. Returned to Kolkata in 2014. Practising from 2017 as a Partner in a leading audit firm. Looking into recruitment, training and development, induction, all ICAI related matters, quality control and all regulatory and technical requirements of the firm.
