About me

I completed my M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from CIP Ranchi (2024–2026, AIR 2) and my Master's in Psychology from Delhi University (Gold Medal). Alongside my clinical training , psychotherapy, psychodiagnostic assessment, trauma-informed work , I've always been someone who leans toward perfectionism, especially when it comes to notes. I love building structured, precise material, and over the years that habit turned into free academic resources I now share, because I remember how hard it was to find reliable material when I was preparing. I've also always loved talking to people : mentoring, helping them think through a decision, has been something I did informally long before it was a service on a page like this. With these degrees behind me now, it feels like the right time to do it properly. Psychology as a field in India comes with an ocean of confusion , unclear pathways, conflicting advice, courses that don't tell you what the work actually looks like : and I want to be someone who cuts through that for people navigating it. A lot of why I do this also comes from frustration. There's so much information about mental health and psychology floating around from people with no training or credibility, and it shapes how young people think about themselves and this field in the wrong ways. I care about accountability and getting things right, so this space is built on that : genuine, checked, and clear, not content for the sake of content. My core interests are child mental health, trauma and trauma-informed care, and a systemic lens on mental health more broadly : looking at what shapes distress beyond just the individual. I keep slots limited so every question gets a proper answer, not a rushed one.
