From navigating the challenging path of a NEET aspirant to becoming a beacon of inspiration in the tech world, Sunyul Hossen's journey is nothing short of remarkable. Despite uncertain circumstances, Sunyul found himself in a private tier 3 engineering college with limited exposure and guidance. Undeterred, he took matters into his own hands, kickstarting his career by working with Discord, Cognizant, and Reliance Jio in his second year of college. Sunyul's passion for technology and commitment to helping others became evident early on as he introduced live C++ sessions for fellow college students, jumpstarting their tech journeys. Engaging over 350 students, he provided insights into current technologies and aided in career decisions. By his third year, Sunyul had cracked internships at American Express and Adobe, and founded a Coding Community within his college, comprising senior year student experts and educating over 1500 students on diverse technologies. Despite facing rejection from Amazon during on-campus recruitment in his fourth year, Sunyul's resilience shone through as he secured offers from prestigious companies like Goldman Sachs Warsaw, The D.E Shaw Group Luxembourg, Amazon London, Uber India, and numerous high-paying startups through off-campus efforts. Volunteering in mentorship programs, he offered free guidance and interview preparation, successfully mentoring students into positions at Google, JP Morgan, Tesla, Microsoft, and more. Sunyul's dedication to empowering others extended beyond his college campus as he launched a free YouTube channel, conducted mock interview campaigns, and introduced paid batches to comprehensively prepare students for interviews and assessments. His vision culminated in the establishment of CS FOR ALL, a platform connecting millions of students with job opportunities. With over 130k users and approximately 5 million website traffic, Sunyul's platform attracted numerous recruiting companies and launched a full-fledged placement preparation program. Recognizing the growing need for personalized guidance, Sunyul pivoted to a 1:1 mentorship program, resulting in unprecedented success stories at renowned companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, PayPal, Deutsche Bank, and many more.
