HR is an adventure. We arrive at work planning to work on a project, but find people waiting for us and discover that a crisis has come up that we have to deal with immediately. The Adrenalin runs as all the little pieces of information we gather spin around in our mind as we determine the next step. It is regrettable that whatever it is happened, but exciting at the same time – we are in HR territory, a place no one else wants to be and they look to us for a resolution.
