With over 5 years in the trenches of product management, and total 11 years in tech, I've honed the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity, making decisive calls that steer clear of less ROI bets. My journey through the tech industry, especially within the domains of Azure Migrate cloud migration tooling, SAP SuccessFactors suite and SAP People Analytics has been akin to navigating a Roadies challenge—complex, demanding, yet immensely rewarding. As a Product Manager 2 at Microsoft, I am passionate about helping customers discover, assess, and migrate their applications to Azure IaaS and PaaS. In my current role, I'm driving the Linux migrations business to Azure & App Modernization area in Az Migrate, for web apps to Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Spring Apps. I work with cross-functional teams as internal partners to deliver their extensions on Azure Migrate platform that helps customers with discovering their IT inventory, readiness assessments for Azure, and monthly cost estimates for running their apps on Azure. Previously, I was a Senior Product Manager at SAP SuccessFactors, where I led the product launch and beta programs of People Analytics, a solution that integrates SAP Analytics Cloud with HR data. I also managed the product roadmap, customer engagement, and backlog refinement for Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning, and Embedded Analytics. I gained valuable insights into the customer needs, pain points, and feedback, and used them to improve the product design, user experience, and functionality. With this background that spans from launching and leading the People Analytics product at SAP SuccessFactors to driving Azure Cloud Migration tooling at Microsoft, I've always placed the customer at the heart of every decision. My mantra is simple: stay customer-focused, be value-driven, and never shy away from rolling up the sleeves to get the job done.
