I have over 14+ years of experience which include 12 years in teaching, mentoring, and managing the curriculum and courses apart from this 2+ years of experience in managing complex projects, implementing and improving processes, and leading and mentoring cross-functional teams. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and an Agile Practitioner, with a passion for delivering value to clients and stakeholders. My role at Wisflux involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality. I collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, project requirements, and technology needs, and develop customized solutions that meet their strategic goals. I also facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and foster a collaborative and productive environment for my team. Additionally, I am responsible for process implementation and improvement, performance evaluation, risk management, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and communication across all levels.
