I offer my loving presence, silence, and aid deep reflection on the challenge(s) they want to deal with and their goals. They come up with solutions and find answers to move forward with an expanded awareness. I am able identify the challenges that most mid-life professionals find themselves in, and the reason why they are unable to set or even achieve goals. I utilize my intuition while working with clients. My coaching style is engaging, empowering, yet simple, and focused. I help my clients reflect on what truly matters to them and operate from their values, letting go of limiting beliefs. This works like holding a mirror and showing them what is happening when they are not aligned, they develop self-awareness, and realize that all “change” has to begin with them. I use spiritual energy to help my clients get #unstuck and move forward during my sessions, when required. My clients say they are able to find greater clarity and change with ease.
