I'm Sunaina Mehta, a former corporate executive and founder of Design Your Next where I help ambitious women who are restless and ready to discover their purpose and design their next on their terms. My work is rooted in a truth that I've lived my entire life: choosing yourself is the most graceful act of rebellion. 💟 Over 20 years, I've built a powerhouse corporate career, serving as an award-winning Strategy head at global ad agencies in the U.S. and India, and as the Global Head of Insights at HP. I've worked with top brands across the world including Nike, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Audi, Old Spice, and many, many more. Born between America and India, I learned early what it takes to hold my own identity in this world as a young woman, wife, mother, career climber, and now as an entrepreneur. Self-belief and creative confidence is how it's done. At 50, I completely flipped my script yet again to discover: transformation comes from aligning intellect with intuition.
