Being an MBA graduate, I worked in the Banking & financial sector for over 6 years. Whilst working in varied spectrums of Finance & Strategy Management, I got an opportunity to interact with other departments and give technical training on managing financial tools as well. This led me to discover my passion for training, guiding, and coaching people. In 2019, I began my journey towards becoming a Soft skills Trainer with ICBI (Image Consulting Business Institute), Ahmedabad. Since then, I have constantly strived to achieve training excellence by combining my corporate experience with my passion for polishing personalities. I feel satisfied when I experience an impactful overall development in self–image of my participants.
