I am pursuing my PhD on the topic of the personalization of explanations by chatbots (conversational agents). My graduation, and post-graduation (two) have been in the domain of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to starting my PhD I worked in the domain of online (digital) advertising for more than six years and developed expertise in Programmatic Media Buying in real-time at scale. Involved in multiple projects for the same at different stages. I have a total of two research papers published.
