As a UX Researcher and Service designer, I simulate creative information for Design industries. Which aims to make quality decisions, enhance the user experience, and profit the Business. the unique ways of conducting behavioral, cognitive, and human-centric research methods like EEG, Customer journey, Ethnography, and anthropology. I have over 8+ years of experience in various design verticals, including UX/UI / Data research, different digital platforms in automotive, industrial, and digital products, working with Fortune- 50 companies such as Bosch global, General Motors, 3M, Honeywell, PVR Cinemas, and BEML. I am also a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, pursuing my PhD in User Experience Design in Future Technologies. My research areas include service design, UX research, and behavioral design. In addition. I am an entrepreneur and a design educator, having founded STOICA, a creative education platform that helps young passionate minds learn and practice real industry skills. I have mentored and consulted over 3000 students, sharing my knowledge and experience in the design field.
