I have been working in this role since Dec 2023, and I am responsible for end-to-end digitization of existing processes and lending workflows, primarily on the LOS (Loan Origination System), LPS (Loan Processing System), LCS (Loan Collection System), and other digital enhancements in secured and unsecured lending. With a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore, I have over 6 years of experience in product management and customer success roles in the financial services industry. I have successfully implemented new products, BRE, and scorecard in sole and co-lending on the LOS, working closely with management, credit, ops, and technical stakeholders. I have also been a scrum master, acting as a bridge between business and technical team and implementing AGILE and KANBAN methodologies. Additionally, I have worked on co-lending partnerships and platforms, and evangelized solutions and policy changes for driving business.
