Currently, I am leading the design for dunzo merchant services, a platform that connects local businesses with customers and delivery partners. I am responsible for conducting user research, facilitating design sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences. Previously, I have worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at OfBusiness and CARS24, where I led and managed design projects for various domains and platforms.
