I'm a Full-Stack Software engineer passionate about building innovative and user-centric products with close to 6 years of professional experience in the IT industry. I have extensive experience in working with small teams and startup culture organizations. I worked with 2 failed startups when I was a full-time employee at REZY360. The first was Voizit with 7 people (4 software engineers, 1 CEO, and 1 Harvard University alumni all from different organizations), and the second was RideTag with 8 people (5 software engineers, 2 team leads, and 1 CFO all from different organizations). The biggest lesson that I learned while working with startups is, that when you start building a new product give more focus on business-critical features that the customer uses and generate revenue for the organization as the product grows when more and more customers use the product then we can refine the product and build all the feel-good features. To start with what the customer really wants is a simple reliable product! Even though I am a full-stack engineer I am a bit more back-end focused(more comfortable with) than front-end. More than working on the back-end or the front-end what is more important to me is problem-solving and building more user-friendly solutions because, at the end of the day, the software that we build is for users, they should be happy and satisfied using and they should appreciate the software that we build.
