As a Social Work Researcher, she has been a part of Research Projects conducting Social Audits, Baselines Surveys, Impact Assessments and Psycho-Social Assessments. She is also associated with different organizations from Central Ministries to Corporates, Social Enterprises to Non-ProfitsIn in diverse capacities such as Research Consultant, Social Expert, and Executive Board Member. Her association with the Social Work Institutions has paved the way to work and study extensively on Women & Child relates issues, Community Development and CSR. She has also presented papers at National and State Level Seminars on these issues. With respect to Research, her interest lies in the areas of Women Issues, Community Development, Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
