I work with PwC in their Investment Banking - India country coverage practice with a focus on the Industrials sector. I am responsible for deal origination and executing buy-outs/buy-ins, divestments, M&A, fundraising and IPOs. I began my career with a Singapore-based FinTech platform to manage assets for HNI/UHNI clients before moving to Credit Suisse to work as an Investment Banking Analyst in their India country coverage team. One of my career milestones at Credit Suisse was executing a multi-million dollar IPO for an Indian healthcare giant. I also worked in Bahrain for 2 years as a Senior Consultant in a boutique transaction advisory and strategy firm. I was responsible for managing a team of junior consultants and executing multi-million dollar deals in the MENA region. I worked with C-Suite clients from large conglomerates, family offices, royal funds and quasi-Governmental agencies. I specialized in healthcare, education and food security (F&B manufacturing). When I’m not working, I manage my not-for-profit initiative Spreading Smiles that provides pro-bono advisory to Indian NGOs. I am also a lifestyle blogger.
