Session 1 — Intake & Context Briefing (60 mins)

Async Work — Discovery Synthesis (3–5 days)

I synthesise the briefing into a structured discovery output — covering recommended UX approach, scope definition, risk flags, and suggested next steps.

Session 2 — Presentation & Alignment (60 mins)

I walk you through the discovery output, answer questions, and align on a clear path forward. You leave with direction, not just a conversation.
