I help enterprises build and run design functions that ship real products — not just websites. Over 25 years across PayPal, Publicis Sapient, Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (Doha), Reliance Group (India), and my own studio, I’ve led UX for enterprise web platforms, desktop applications, and mobile apps in fintech, mobility, and industrial B2B. At Asian Paints, I built the in-house design function from zero — team, process, and design systems. I now take on fractional design leadership engagements: stepping in as an embedded Creative/Design Director for teams that need senior direction without a full-time hire. I have prior in-market experience in Qatar and an active professional network across the UAE and wider GCC.
