As a highly motivated therapist and a published researcher, I am deeply committed to leveraging my skills and expertise to empower individuals and communities. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques and theories to create a personalized treatment plan for each of my clients. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and that the best way to help someone is to tailor the treatment to their individual needs and goals. Some of the therapeutic approaches that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
