Some careers are built on code. Mine was built on questions- How do we design for scale, agility, and change? That mindset took shape at IIT Bombay, where I earned my M.Tech. and developed the systems thinking that now powers my architectural decisions. At Mahindra Finance, I led the architecture of their digital transformation journey - building a cloud-native foundation from scratch, taking it live, and stabilizing the platform. In parallel, I executed the migration of 35+ legacy applications to the cloud and drove enterprise-wide DevOps adoption. Prior to this, I spearheaded the Open Banking architecture at Axis Bank, architected the lending tech stack at Piramal Capital, and delivered high-availability insurance platforms at HDFC Life - each role sharpening my ability to blend engineering depth with business vision. Across 15+ years in Banking, Insurance, NBFC, and Fintech, I’ve shaped platforms that are resilient, compliant, and built for change. Beyond architecture, I bring a strategic lens - deeply aligning technology with business outcomes. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams, handled vendor ecosystems, managed program budgets, and shaped digital-first platforms that are resilient, compliant, and user-centric. Now, I’m focused on what’s next: leading BFSI technology into its AI-first era - where architecture isn’t just about stability, but strategic intelligence.
