Sugandha is a marketing specialist at Kroll with experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, marketing and communication across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions in the internal firm marketing services. Prior to Kroll, Sugandha worked with VMock in strategizing branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen product utilisation rates across the top 500 QS universities. Before this, she has also worked in Paytm across diverse teams, including customer services, category management, marketing, and business development, with various categories like automobiles, beauty verticals, Paytm Mall, tolls and taxes, subscriptions, and payments. She holds a master's degree in marketing and communication from the University of Leeds Business School, U.K. (class of 2018). When not at work, she travels, swims, and dances, and indulges in street cafe-hoping and enjoying self-cooked food with friends and family.
