As a Senior Human Resources- People and Culture at Ker Infotech, I design and implement company policies that promote a healthy and fun work environment. I handle the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, and host events to engage and motivate the staff. I also manage the HRM software, payroll processing, and performance reviews, and suggest improvements to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Gujarat Technological University, and five years of experience in various aspects of human resources. I started my career as a recruiter, where I learned how to source, screen, and interview candidates, and negotiate with clients and candidates. I then switched to corporate HR, where I gained more exposure and knowledge in onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, payroll processing, and exit formalities. I have a strong network and communication skill, which helps me to connect and collaborate with people. I am always ready to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities, as I demonstrated by taking the initiative to create and organize learning and development programs, such as the English communication session, at Ker Infotech. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a positive and productive people and culture in the organization.
