I'm Sudipto Basu—an ICF Certified Coach and Co-founder / CEO of Souloxy, a digital mental health platform. I have 25+ years of leadership experience in the tech industry, specializing in Data & AI and Cloud technologies. Over the years, I’ve led large teams, scaled global businesses, and mentored professionals across diverse roles and geographies.
After a successful corporate career, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and co-founded Souloxy, a digital mental health platform. My journey has deepened my belief in purposeful, values-driven work—and the power of coaching to enable it.
