I am an Org Builder at Sahaj AI Software, an artisanal software engineering firm delivering purpose-built solutions in software and data engineering by leveraging AI, ML, and data science to unlock the full potential of data and drive data-led transformation for organizations. I joined the company in 2021 and since then, I have been responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented software engineers, Data Scientists and designers who share our vision and values. I use my screening and networking skills to source and evaluate candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and my communication and rapport-building skills to create trust and engagement with them. I also collaborate with the engineering and design teams to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide feedback and support throughout the hiring process. Before Sahaj Software, I gained valuable experience in end-to-end recruitment, technical recruiting, and human resource management at Nielsen and athenahealth, where I hired and onboarded multiple IT professionals for various projects and roles. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University, where I developed my analytical and problem-solving skills.
