I have been an engineering manager at Gojek since August 2021, leading a team of 13 engineers who work on different projects to simplify the lives of drivers across Southeast Asia. I have a certification in global business skills from HARD SKILLS, and I am proficient in Java, Golang, Distributed Systems One of my current projects is re-architecting the driver fulfillment flow, which involves creating a dynamic and user-friendly system that allows drivers to accept, reject, and complete orders with ease and efficiency. I am also responsible for ensuring Google compliance around data deletion, which requires careful planning and management of data retention and removal policies. Previously, I worked on Project Magellan, which reduced the time to launch of new service types from two months to two weeks, by streamlining the processes and eliminating the bottlenecks involved in launching a new service type. I also led the backend team for the driver platform's trust and safety features, such as multi-factor authentication and face recognition, which enhanced the security and reliability of the platform. I enjoy collaborating with product stakeholders, finding and solving problems, and creating innovative and impactful solutions. I am motivated by Gojek's mission to empower millions of people across Southeast Asia, and I value the diverse and innovative culture of the company.
