• A competent and committed Banking & Finance professional , with more than 2 years of experience in creditworthiness, Mortgage Underwriting , Financial analysis and Strategic Planning. • Detailed processing, sanctioning, reviewing of retail loans. • Approval authorities of Personal Loans, Business Loans and Secured Business Loans. • Appraisals of Loan against properties, Mortgages loans to Small and Medium enterprises. •Possess thorough knowledge of Credit Analysis, Ratios, Credit Sanction & Review the Financial Analysis and Documentation. • The responsibilities include credit appraisal of lending proposals to SME/Large Corporates, risk assessment and rating and making recommendations to approving committees. • Possess thorough understanding of regulatory norms and applicable accounting policies • Possess strong Business Knowledge, with knowledge of Capital Markets, Securities, Fixed Income, Interest Rate, Credit Risk, Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow Analysis.
