I've built/scaled the people function at three companies from near-zero to enterprise-grade — most recently taking Wiser Solutions' India operations through a $15M+ cost optimization program (60% reduction via insourcing), while sitting on the company's India board. Before that, at Numerator, I joined as the first HR leader for India and scaled the org from 417 to 1,600+ employees in three years — building leadership pipelines that produced 52%+ internal promotions and improving eNPS by 18%+ YoY. At Helios Solutions, I took turnover from 21.4% to 8.1% in two years while scaling the workforce 5x.
