I believe the obstacles we face in our lives give us immense opportunities to innovate, create a solution, and make a better, more creative, and more compassionate world around us. I truly believe leaders are not made by designation but by how they help their people flourish. Bringing excellence in whatever we do with willingness and perseverance can help us achieving anything in this world. I am constantly seeking a chance to be part of that one innovation that can change the way people experience the world. For nearly 8 years I am working as an auditor which is bringing the true picture of the company’s financial data in front of the investors, government regulations, financial institutions, etc. With my bit of entrepreneur vision, creative thinking, and innovation strategy, I have solved organization processes and help to reduce the significant amount of man-hours spent. In my current role, I am also part of the EY Innovation and Digital team as a product manager, wherein I work closely with senior management, solution architects, and developers on brainstorming the innovation ideas submitted by the employees and create solutions for implementing them.
