Chemistry Call

This 60-minute session is a safe, trauma-informed space to explore working with each other. This initial session is meant to understand your needs and current state, and work out a plan for future sessions.

During the call I will take you through some regulation exercises that you can practice yourself. These will help you whether we decide to work together in the future or not.

Please be on time and try to find a space where you will be undisturbed for an hour. This is a video call preferably and a good internet connection will be required to avoid disruptions.
