After having graduated from IMT Ghaziabad I started working with Berger Paints. Initially, I was working in MP for almost two years and since the past one year I am working in the Head Office, Kolkata. I have an experience of more than 3 years and it is an amalgamation of both sales and marketing. With this experience, I started loving my work and eventually became passionate towards it. My problem-solving skills have also honed as I have been managing both people and business. My background lies in successfully conceptualizing go-to-market strategies, innovative marketing campaigns and spearheading a business unit. The following are some of my achievements that demonstrate my qualifications: 1. Conducting extensive market research to formulate strategies for any new product launch. 2. Find ingenious ways to leverage digital channels such as FB, Instagram etc. to expand network. 3. Excelling in numerous BTL activities to enhance the productivity of the existing network such as conducting shop meets, retailer meets etc. 4. Tirelessly crunching numbers to measure ROI of our stakeholders to understand the impact of our campaigns.
