I graduated in Information Technology from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. I have been working with ProcessMAP since 2010 which is world’s leading provider of web-based software platform in Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Compliance information management. I am responsible for ensuring smooth on-boarding and transition of our customer from Sales to Support. I have had the opportunity to work with several fortune 500 companies and other industry leaders. I study their current EHS conditions and provide necessary guidance on how to enhance it with EHS Product. I monitor and supervise end to end implementation activities such as blueprinting sessions, design discussions, TPA integrations, custom develoment and testing activities, etc. I provide training sessions to Customers and in-house resources, and demos to potential prospects on the side.
