I recently took mentorship from Subhankar, and it was a really helpful experience. As an MBA student, I was quite confused about designing Power BI dashboards and presenting them effectively in my portfolio. He guided me step-by-step, clarified my doubts, and helped me understand how to structure my projects professionally. He also supported me in building a proper digital profile and organizing my work in a clear, impactful way. This mentorship has given me much better clarity on how to move forward and prepare for a full-time job. Really grateful for his guidance!

Coming from a different background, I was a bit confused about UX, but this session really helped. Subhankar shared real-world insights and current trends in a very simple and practical way. It didn’t feel like generic advice at all. Honestly, it gave me a lot of clarity and direction. Really glad I connected with him! Thank you sir.

Thank you so much for your constant guidance and support. Your mentorship has helped me understand the right direction for my career. From improving my resume to giving valuable career advice, your insights have truly made a difference in my journey. I’m really grateful to have a mentor like you who always shows the right path.
I help aspiring and early-career designers break into UX and grow with clarity — avoiding the mistakes I made early in my career.
My journey didn’t start with design alone — it started with curiosity and storytelling.
Coming from an Engineering background, I was always interested in how things work. But during my school and college days, I also explored storytelling — creating short films on my phone with friends, experimenting with ideas, and trying to capture emotions in simple ways.
What started as fun slowly turned into a passion. Over time, I created multiple short films, won “Best Filmmaker” awards in college, and started a YouTube channel to experiment and learn. During this phase, I also explored areas like startups, writing, tech projects, etc.
Those experiences didn’t just stay as hobbies — they shaped how I understand people, emotions, and real-life problems.
Today, I work as a Senior Product Designer at Capgemini (Ex-SAP), with 4.5+ years of experience designing scalable B2B and B2C SaaS products across CRM, EdTech, RPA, and AI-driven platforms.
But honestly, the real learning didn’t come just from work.
It came from confusion, wrong decisions, lack of guidance, and figuring things out the hard way.
That’s why I started mentoring.
Because I know how it feels to feel lost, to not have the right direction, and to doubt your own path.
Today, I try to help others avoid the same mistakes — not by giving perfect answers, but by helping them think clearly and move forward with confidence.
Here’s what I usually help with:
• Breaking into UX (even from non-design backgrounds)
• Portfolio & case study reviews
• Real-world product thinking
• Career clarity and direction
• Growing with confidence in design
In my professional work, I’ve contributed to product improvements that increased user engagement by 20% and reduced drop-offs by 15%, focusing on simplifying complex workflows and improving usability.
I’m also certified in UX Design (Google & Microsoft) with an Executive MBA in Operations, helping me connect design decisions with business impact.
I may not have everything figured out — but if you’re trying to grow, feeling stuck, or just need the right direction, I’m here to help.
