About me

As a consulting enthusiast with 36 months of experience, I have managed multiple management projects and teams of 60+ personnel. With a hands-on experience in effective team collaboration, strategy formulation, supply chain optimization, and continuous process improvement, I am passionate about delivering value to clients and achieving impactful results. My expertise lies in managing critical vendors, creating interactive PowerBI dashboards, and developing in-house ERP systems to streamline resource management. In my previous role as an Assistant Civil Engineer at Uniseven Engineering & Infrastructure Kolkata, I collaborated and communicated with stakeholders and vendors to create project scope and plans. I applied quantitative time series forecasting to predict the cost of raw materials one year in advance and managed Agile Project Deliverables and project releases in domains like supply chain optimization, finance, etc. I documented and created a critical path to reduce the financial cost by 10% for the building construction phase, conducted training sessions for newly onboarded engineers, and mentored them on the transformation of technical processes, budgeting & requirement gathering. Additionally, I have pursued Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Specialization issued by the University System of Georgia, May 2022, and Google Data Analytics & Project Management Professional Certificates issued by Google, 2022. I am the recipient of various awards and achievements, including the National Winner of Pitch N Banter at MSIT Delhi, Samavesh at SIBM Pune, and Oprahtunity at SMS Cochin. I won the Adani Wilmar National Business Challenge and was the National Runner-up for Pitch It Up at Delhi School of Management and Social Conundrum at BITS Pilani. In my free time, I love exploring new places, learning about their culture, and trying local food. I also enjoy reading books and have received the certificate of “National Himalayan Expedition” by Youth Hostel Association of India for summiting Mount Kedarkantha, Uttarakhand, in January 2017. As I continue to pursue my PGPM at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, I am excited about exploring new opportunities to apply my skills and expertise.
