I have built businesses and teams from scratch, led strategic transformation initiatives and implemented operational & risk excellence at premier organisations. I help to connect the dots between the stakeholders of the startup ecosystem and leverage the capital markets to achieve elevated and sustained growth, drive impactful change, and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic and complex market environment. I have completed the Advanced Programme in FinTech and Financial Blockchain from IIM Calcutta. I actively support and participate in environmental sustainability and CSR activities.
