Over the last 27 years, my professional journey has spanned three diverse sectors, each contributing to my comprehensive expertise in leadership and organizational development. Pharmaceuticals: For the first 15 years, I worked in the pharmaceuticals industry, excelling in medical sales, sourcing, and program management with some of the top global pharmaceutical firms. During this time, I also established and scaled the project management function and team for the R&D business at Dr.Reddy’s Labs and Aurigene Discovery Consulting: My second stint of 5 years saw me as a consultant, where I consulted in diverse sectors including pharma, manufacturing, IT services, hospitality, retail, renewable energy and education. My work focused on leadership development, organizational design, talent management and performance management. I also trained project management teams in multiple growing pharmaceutical companies. Entrepreneurship: For the next 7 years, I co-founded and scaled a social impact organization dedicated to enhancing mental health, learning, and adulthood outcomes for children from underserved backgrounds through Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). Under my leadership, the organization scaled from 5 schools to 600 schools, impacting 1.5 lakh students every year. Learning Curve also has the distinction of being recognized as one of the top 13 global innovations in SEL, and among the top 100 education innovations globally. At Learning Curve, I have recently taken on an advisory role to the leadership on matters of strategy and partnerships, thus making way for emerging leaders to take the organization to the next level. Currently, I specialize in leadership development, project management training, organizational development (OD) consulting, and coaching. I work with small to mid-sized growing organizations, helping them address some of their most challenging people and leadership issues. Outside of work, I am an avid reader, traveler, and enjoy making meaningful connections with people.
