Hey, I’m Subandhu. I’m an AI Engineer who likes building things that go beyond good-looking demos and actually work in the real world. Over the last 3+ years, I’ve worked across AI/ML systems involving LLMs, RAG, agents, automation, and multimodal workflows in both startup-style and more structured environments. A lot of my work and curiosity sits around one core question: how do you take an AI idea, make the architecture solid, and turn it into something people can genuinely use? That’s usually the lens I bring to everything I do, whether it’s thinking through RAG pipelines, agent workflows, product architecture, model tradeoffs, or how to make an AI project feel sharper and more execution-ready. I’m also deeply interested in the builder side of AI, not just the technical side.
